Fitness Classes

Book a fitness class for your group or event. (Or book a series of classes.) I teach strength/resistance training, HIIT cardio, Powwow cardio, Fancy shawl dancing, and more.

 

WHERE?

Fitness classes can take place in person or virtually over Zoom

WHEN?

Typical length of classes are 45-60 mins

HOW MANY? 

Ideal number of participants in person is 10-20 (pending current COVID protocols).

Online participants max 100. 

HOW MUCH?

Cost will vary depending on time needed to prepare and travel to event. 

Typical sessions are $250 + travel
